This is the landing page for Seahearth, a game by Fierce Guppy Game Labs, LLC. We keep this simple: we collect your email address if you choose to join our mailing list, and anonymous usage analytics — but only if you consent to them (details below).
What we collect
If you sign up for updates, we collect your email address — nothing else. No account, no name, no other fields.
How the signup works
Our mailing list is run by Kit (kit.com). When you submit the form, your email is sent to Kit and stored there. We use double opt-in: you'll get a confirmation email, and we won't send you anything unless you click to confirm.
How we use it
Only to send occasional Seahearth updates — new builds, the Steam page, and the launch. We don't sell, rent, or share your email, and we don't use it for anything else.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google
Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-BPC45ZCKMT) to see which parts of the page
people actually use — button clicks, how far you scroll, which screenshots get opened.
That's it: no advertising features, no ad cookies, and we never sell or share the data.
Nothing is stored on your device unless you accept the consent banner.
If you accept, Google sets two cookies — _ga and
_ga_BPC45ZCKMT — which persist for up to two years. If you decline or
ignore the banner, no cookies are set; the site still sends Google a small number of
cookieless technical pings (Google's "Consent Mode") that can't identify you or link
your visits together. Data sent to Google is handled under the
Google Privacy Policy.

Hosting
The site is served by Firebase Hosting (Google). Like any web host, it may log basic technical request data such as IP addresses for delivery and security, under Google's policies.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link — one click removes you. To have your data deleted entirely, or for any privacy question, email hello@seahearth.gg and we'll take care of it.
